I recently added The Parenting Post to my mommy blog read list (daMomma writes there, and I love her to bits), and this post by Daddy Daze cracked me up. I am *so* going to use that term.

Funny story: Kalli (two in Sept.) walked into our living room munching on something she found, a floor d’oeuvres if you will. Trevor calmly asked her; “Kalli what are you eating?” Our sweet daughter answers; “dog food. Want some?” while holding out her offering in her tiny palm.
Definately thinking I’m not going to win “Mom of the year” award for 2006.
